Payment

• Payment will be accepted through PayPal in USD (US Dollars $) only. (Exception: those with a Korean bank account may pay through Korean bank transfer.)
• Payment will be requested through a PayPal invoice. You will be expected to pay the PayPal fee that will be calculated into your order.

Shipping and Tracking

• All orders under 2 kilograms will be shipped via small packet unless otherwise requested.
• Orders above 2 kilograms must be shipped via tracked air mail or EMS.
• You may request an additional method (tracked air mail or EMS) on the order form.
• A tracking number will only be provided for tracked air mail and EMS orders.

The shipping cost will depend on the weight of your order. 
Please refer to the listed weights beneath each album description above, and then check the following webpages for a shipping estimate in KRW (you can convert the amount to your currency through Google).

Terms and Conditions

• Payment will be accepted through Paypal only. If you live in South Korea, you may also pay through Korean bank transfer.
• Due to a change in PayPal's policy, I will be sending invoices to collect payment. The invoices will include the calculated PayPal fee, which I am expecting you to pay. I apologize for the inconvenience. You can check here to calculate the estimated fee.
• I will do my best to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days (i.e. Monday through Friday). Please understand if I don't get back to you immediately, I have quite a few other things going on and I'm sure you do too!
• If you receive a damaged album, I will be happy to send you another one. However, you must show sufficient proof that the album was already found damaged upon opening the package (It is recommended that you shoot video while opening the package).
• I cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Once the package has been shipped, it is your responsibility. I will not give refunds for lost packages. Please keep this in mind and consider using a tracked shipping method if you are concerned about your package getting lost.
