Introduction
Hello everyone! This is the information post for the WINGS:You Never Walk Alone album order held by @skyetokki.

As always, I would like to clarify that I am holding orders so that I can purchase albums for fansigns. I would like to stress that I always sell the albums I purchase at a discounted rate (compared to the list price in Korean physical stores) and that I never make profits through these orders. If you have suspicions or doubts please contact me before making your own assumptions! Do feel free to pass on by if you do not agree with my order terms.

Due to the competitiveness of online fansign entries, I will not be buying albums during the online preorder period. Please keep this in mind when making your order! Most (if not all) of my purchases will come from physical stores.

I always want to be transparent with my buyers, as I am eternally grateful for your decision to purchase through me and I wouldn't be able to do this without all of you. So thank you for your decision to order with me! Your support is much appreciated.

Album Details

• Two versions: LEFT, RIGHT
• Each version's photobook contains different pictures
• Sealed or Unsealed
• Each album includes a 120-page photobook, and a wallet-sized photocard (in the case of sealed albums, the photocard will be random).

First Press Posters
As you have probably heard, a poster will be included with first press albums. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing nor estimating how many of the albums I purchase will come with this poster. 
If I receive any posters, they will be distributed on a first-pay first-serve basis.
Due to the uncertain nature of first press, I cannot guarantee a poster. I appreciate your understanding of this matter.

Special Gift - Standee
I will not be ordering these albums during the special gift period, so these albums will not come with a standee. Please take this into consideration when placing your order!


Photocards
Each album will include one photocard. If you are ordering a sealed album, the photocard will be random. If you are ordering an unsealed album, you may select the member (or group) of your choice. Please be advised that we cannot control whose photocards I receive in the albums I purchase, so it may not be possible to get everyone their first choice. For this reason, I have included entries on the order form to write your second and third choices. 
Photocards will be assigned on a first-pay first-serve basis.

Order Process

1. Look over this post to make sure you have all the info!
2. Fill out the order form at the bottom of this post.
3. Wait for an invoice to be sent to your Paypal account.
4. Pay for your order through the Paypal invoice.
5. Receive a payment confirmation email with an estimated shipping date.
6. Receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped (along with any relevant tracking information if you requested tracking).
7. Receive your order!

Shipping

• Shipping prices are currently subject to change, as the accurate weight of the album is not yet available.
• Shipping will begin in the final week of February.
• Preorders will be shipped in order of payment as well as photocard availability.
• All orders will be shipped internationally from South Korea.
• All orders of 1~3 albums will be shipped via small packet unless requested otherwise. Small packet shipping can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month or so depending on your region and the situation of the postal service.
• Orders of 4+ albums will be shipped via air mail (tracking included).

Tracking
Tracking is included with orders of 4 or more albums.
If you would like to add tracking to your order of 1~3 albums, you will need to upgrade to standard air mail shipping. Please check the costs below.

Shipping zones are as follows:

• Zone 1 : East Asia 
• Zone 2 : Southeast Asia 
• Zone 3 : North America, All of Europe (West and East), Oceania, Middle East
• Zone 4 : Central and South America, Africa

Small Packet shipping costs (subject to change)
(orders up to 3 albums)

Air Mail (tracking included) shipping costs (subject to change)
(orders of 4+ albums, or smaller orders with tracking)

Group Orders

Due to my personal circumstances, I cannot accept bulk orders. No group orders are planned at this time.

Terms and Conditions

• The albums are NOT SIGNED. (I will not be selling signed pages, please don't ask T_T)
• Sales count towards the Hanteo chart because I am purchasing from authorized retailers such as Synnara, Hottracks, etc.
• Payment will be accepted through Paypal only. If you live in South Korea, you may also pay through Korean bank transfer.
• Due to a change in PayPal's policy, I will be sending invoices to collect payment. The invoices will include the calculated PayPal fee, which I am expecting you to pay. I apologize for the inconvenience. You can check here to calculate the estimated fee.
• I will do my best to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days (i.e. Monday through Friday). Please understand if I don't get back to you immediately, I have quite a few other things going on and I'm sure you do too!
• If you receive a damaged album, I will be happy to send you another one. However, you must show sufficient proof that the album was already found damaged upon opening the package (It is recommended that you shoot video while opening the package).
• I cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Once the package has been shipped, it is your responsibility. I will not give refunds for lost packages. Please keep this in mind and consider using a tracked shipping method if you are concerned about your package getting lost.
